Warranty & Service
GEMMA provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering setting reinforcement in the event of the loss of a diamond or gemstone weighing up to 0.05 carats, subject to professional inspection of the jewelry.
The warranty does not cover:
Breakage, cracks, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from improper use, impact, accidents, negligence, or repairs performed by parties not authorized by GEMMA.
Loss of the jewelry or any part thereof.
Customers are entitled to one complimentary annual inspection and professional cleaning service, provided they bring the jewelry to the GEMMA studio.
Polishing and rhodium renewal for rings are provided free of charge and without time limitation, subject to inspection of the jewelry’s condition.
GEMMA recommends insuring all jewelry items together with the gemological certificate supplied with the purchase.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Customers may cancel a purchase made through the website within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable cancellation regulations.
In the event of cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer is entitled to a full refund, and no cancellation or shipping fees will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
Jewelry custom-made or personalized according to the customer's request.
Jewelry containing diamonds or gemstones specially sourced or purchased for the customer.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, used, altered, or damaged, and are returned in their original condition.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
If the replacement item has a lower value, the customer may receive either a refund or store credit for the difference, at their discretion.
Pricing, Shipping & Certificates
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
In the event of an obvious pricing error or material error in the product information, GEMMA reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
Shipping
Secure home delivery within Israel (excluding Eilat) is provided free of charge.
Orders undergo quality inspection prior to shipment.
Estimated delivery time is up to 21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and courier services.
GEMMA assumes responsibility for the shipment until it has been delivered to the customer.
Gemological Certificates
Jewelry containing more than 0.50 carats of diamonds will be accompanied by a gemological certificate issued by a recognized gemological laboratory.
A gemological certificate may be added to other products upon request and subject to additional charges.
Ring Resizing & Intellectual Property
Ring Resizing
One ring resizing adjustment of up to three sizes is provided free of charge, without time limitation.
Additional resizing services may be subject to a fee.
Resizing is subject to technical feasibility and the design of the ring.
Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, concepts, images, content, and related intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of GEMMA, including custom designs created at the request of a customer.
Privacy & Contact
Privacy & Data Security
Payment details are not stored by GEMMA and are processed through secure payment providers.
Personal information is used solely for order processing, customer service, and fulfillment purposes.
GEMMA does not sell or transfer customer information to third parties except where required to complete the transaction or comply with legal obligations.
