Return & Cancellations
- Remote purchases (through the website or by phone) may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. You can notify us of your wish to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the day you receive the jewelry or from the day you receive a document with the transaction details – whichever is later. A refund will be issued provided that the item has not been worn, is returned in its original packaging and proof of purchase is provided. According to the law, the seller may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5 % of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Note that jewelry made specifically for the customer (such as special sizes, engravings or customized designs) cannot be cancelled or returned.
- To exchange a piece, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will exchange any unworn jewelry that is in new condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. You may choose another piece of similar value or receive a credit for future purchase. Items that were custom‑made (such as engravings or special sizes) cannot be exchanged. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and do not include shipping fees.
