Cancellation & Returns Policy
Customers may cancel a purchase made through the website within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.
In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, GEMMA may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower.
If the product is found to be defective or not as described, the customer is entitled to a full refund, with no cancellation fees or shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Jewelry that has been custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
- Jewelry containing diamonds or gemstones that were specially sourced or purchased for the customer.
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, used, altered, damaged, or modified, and are returned in their original condition.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
If the replacement item has a lower value, the customer may choose to receive either a refund or store credit for the price difference.
