We accept worldwide shipping.
Most orders are sent from our studio in Israel’s Diamond District. You can order a delivery to your home or workplace.
GEMMA will determine the type of packaging according to the product and its sensitivity, all to ensure that you receive the product safely and complete.
When purchasing through the GEMMA’s representative, you will be asked to indicate the shipping address, GEMMA will only ship to the address you specified at the time of purchase, the package will be delivered to the person registered as the recipient and verified with the courier
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The warranty includes the falling of a diamond and / or other gemstone weighing up to 0.05 carats, for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Gemma provides a service of cleaning and product inspection, it is the customer’s responsibility to come for a product inspection once a year and on this day Gemma will check all the jewelry reinforcements and then a deep cleaning service will be provided for the product for free.
The warranty does not include the falling of a diamond or other gemstone above 0.05 carat.
Gemma recommends ensuring any piece of jewelry with the gemological certificate attached to the product (according to the instructions above. See “Certificate”)
