Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within up to 21 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Yes. We offer complimentary secure shipping throughout Israel, excluding Eilat.
Yes. International shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide shipping updates and tracking information when available.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection regulations.
Yes. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition and show no signs of use.
Yes. Custom-made jewelry, personalized designs, and items containing diamonds or gemstones specially sourced for a customer cannot be cancelled or returned.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Warranty & Jewelry Care
Yes. GEMMA provides a 48-month warranty in accordance with our warranty policy.
The warranty covers setting reinforcement and the loss of a diamond or gemstone weighing up to 0.05 carats, subject to inspection and warranty terms.
Yes. Customers are entitled to one complimentary inspection and professional cleaning per year at our studio.
Yes. Polishing and rhodium renewal for rings are provided free of charge, subject to inspection.
Yes. One ring resizing adjustment of up to three sizes is provided free of charge, subject to technical feasibility.
Diamonds & Certificates
Jewelry containing more than 0.50 carats of diamonds is supplied with a gemological certificate issued by a recognized laboratory.
Yes. Additional gemological certificates may be ordered upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
Yes. GEMMA specializes in natural diamonds and fine jewelry.
Yes. We offer bespoke jewelry design services tailored to our clients’ preferences and requirements.
