Orders are prepared and dispatched only after a thorough quality inspection.
Estimated delivery time: 21 business days.
For special or custom-made items, the delivery timeframe will be specified on the product page.

Shipments are sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Packages are delivered to the registered recipient only, and in certain cases may require a signature or identity verification.

We recommend ensuring availability on the delivery day to allow for a smooth and secure handover.

GEMMA assumes full responsibility for the item until it is delivered to the customer.
After delivery, responsibility for safekeeping and insurance of the jewelry rests with the customer.
